Our next trip!

It's official!   The next trip will be 2010 and includes Prague, Vienna and Krakow.  It promises to be an amazing trip so watch the site and the Ayr News for more details.

Our 50th Anniversary Celebration

The Ayr-Paris Band held a Tattoo to celebrate our 50th Anniversary.  On June 17th, we invited alumni and present band members to join us for an afternoon of food and fun in Ayr, and in the evening everyone is invited to our Musical Tattoo.  Everyone enjoyed 3 pipe bands, 2 brass bands, Scottish and North Dumfries Dignitaries, Irish/Scottish Dancers, Singers and Scottish Pipers as we celebrate and have a Twinning with Ayr Scotland.

On Sunday morning many joined us for an outdoor church service in Centennial Park at the pavilion.  Guest minister is Rev. Doug Willis and music was provided by the Ayr Paris Band and Ayr, Scotland Pipers.

We're selling special books, our new CD, t-shirts and other mementos, so contact Heidi to purchase those or join us a concert and buy one!

The Celtic Caravan: Ireland/Scotland Trip 2006

Finally, I have the trip pics and half the story up!  You can read all about Ireland and watch slideshows of each country on the UK trip page, accessible from the Event's page. Heidi and Irene are writing the story up for us, which is fabulous if your memory is as bad as mine.
